First Foodie Friday
Since I've become enthused in the kitchen, I just thought I'd cook up a Foodie Friday with photos of some of the dishes I've made in the last week (and probably future ones too). I'd forgotten to take a pix of my fried tomato-chilli rice the other day tho, was rather in a hurry to eat! Heheh... Bon appetito!
Chinese-style stir fried chilli beef mince with egg plant, red bell peppers and tofu.
The Chinese-style deep fried egg that accompanied the beef mince, both served with rice of course.
Last night's lamb steaks marinated in red wine and Worcestershire sauce, accompanied with cheesy broccoli and cauliflower.
Today's tossed salad, since I'm abstaining from meat today. Just a simple mix of rocket salad, a few types of lettuces, cherry tomatoes, olives, onions, sliced hard boiled egg and salmon flakes in a homemade olive oil dressing. While Lee's salad has roast chicken instead of salmon flakes.
