Photowalk: Darling Street, Balmain

So I'd been accused of not enjoying the green grass on my side of the fence. Staying indoors and using the cold is not an acceptable excuse. Nyehehe... Honestly, I'm not particularly in a hurry to see Sydney all at one go. I'm a bit tired from running around and seeing the sights of so many cities in the last ten months, mostly work induced. I'm kinda going through a brain & sensory overload, if you know what I mean. Because I love to see things in my over-anal mode.

In any case, today is too lovely a day to take my a long winded excuse seriously. So I left the studio for a photowalk of the Balmain neighbourhood. Mind you, this set is probably not even 20% of Darling Street. A lot of the neighbourhood was built circa 1800s, so it has a lovely myriad of buildings built and restored since then. Farther down towards the wharf where Lee and I took a walk to the other night has more pretty townhouses and cottages. But I was a wee bit too dehydrated to walk up and down the hill merely armed with a camera at 4pm.
