I still speak Indo
I do! When I try to talk to my film crew in Malay, I swear my intonations are all screwed up. Well, technically not screwed. I've just been speaking Malay in an Indonesian accent. It's a bit difficult for me to reverse the word differences between Malay and Indo. I tend to stutter when I speak. Hahah.. Yes, I was only there for about 3-6 weeks on both trips, but I'm a quick learner.
And now I'm trying to learn a bit of Japanese from Tomoko and Michihiro, Sumolah's Fukuoka location manager and 2nd Director respectively, who are also the husband and wife team responsible for the Sumolah story. So very soon, my Engrish will be broken.

Tell me about it. Hanging out with Indons for 3 weeks, having Filipinos as friends, malay colleagues, and myself an english speaking chinese, I tend to say stuff like, "Aiyo, it's darn macet na..."
