"Be careful what you wish for"
Now there's a phrase I've been reminding myself about almost all my life. And that was what Afdlin Shauki said to me when he called on Friday night. So out goes my holiday plans, because - omg! I'm now part of Afdlin Shauki's new film, Sumo-lah!
This is my first time ever to work on a feature length film, and an international at that one too! We've got Phua Chu Kang's Gurmit Singh and Nang Nak's Inthira Charoenpura as part of the cast. And our very own Patrick Teoh, Awie and Radhi Khalid are in it too!
This job is my blessing in disguise and I'm just extremely elated right now! However, this would mean that I might be blogging less... Or more about work, or just blogging at the production blog in the next three months at least ^_~
So watch out for it guys, Sumo-lah! should be out in cinemas in Dec 2006!
